As an assembly technician, you’ll follow design and engineering diagrams to assemble sign parts coming out of fabrication and add lighting. Assembly technicians are the last hands to touch our signs before they are seen by a customer and therefore play an essential role in quality control. Our assembly shop is a great place for someone with little experience to learn a lot about the sign industry. Assembly technicians have successfully transitioned to project management or sales because of their strong, first-hand understanding of how signs are built.
