Payment Method Information

On August 19, 2019, Casco Signs Inc. released a new payment method to be used by our customers on our website. The purpose of this page is to explain how to use it and how the process works.

As always, you will be prompted to fill in your billing information and select your method of payment when you reach our checkout page at cascosigns.com. In August of 2019, we released a new payment method called ACH (Automated Clearing House). ACH is an electronic transfer of money directly from your bank account rather than entering your credit card information. When you go to select your payment method, you are now prompted to choose one of two options: Credit Card or Transfer via Bank Account. Each of our payment methods are described below.

Credit Card is the most commonly used payment gateway here at Casco Signs. You simply enter your credit card information and click the Place Order button. The funds are transferred out of your bank account that is associated with the card information you entered. However, because of the payment gateway we use, Casco Signs is required to charge an extra 3.1% processing fee to the original charged amount. We are unable to waive this fee for this payment method and there are no exceptions. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are the only cards we can accept.

Transfer via Bank Account is a new ACH payment method that we released. Rather than using a credit card for your payment information, you can simply use your bank information. When you select this method, you must click on the big Plaid button and Get Started button in the popup that appears. First, you must select your bank. If you don’t see your bank in the list, you can search for your bank with the search bar at the top. After selecting your bank, you will have to login to your bank using your bank information. If your bank has not been verified, the popup will ask you how you want to verify your bank account either by text over the phone or an email. After verification is completed, you can select your bank account you want to use for payment and follow any remaining steps to complete the payment. The funds will directly be transferred to our bank account. There is a $5 fixed processing fee and you will only need to complete the verification process once.
